Should I expect to appear on Google 100% of the time?

It is impossible for any company to guarantee 100% uptime on Google (even Google can’t do this).

Unfortunately this is probably NOT going to happen due to the way this form of advertising works.

We are constantly battling and bidding and resubmitting to keep the listings on the first page as promised meaning there is likely to be some sort of downtime while these things happen.

What is worth noting is you will receive your full term as promised. We monitor all downtime (regardless of how much) meaning you will in fact receive 100% of your allocated term as promised.

It might mean you receive a day or two free once you request cancellation so we can cover these times of non-appearance.
