Can I cancel the service before my contract is due to expire?
No, you cannot cancel or stop the service before the contract has expired.
Your contract renewal date is set out in your Welcome pack.
Cancelling any direct debit payments or credit/debit cards does not cancel the service and you will still be liable to pay any agreed subscription fees.
