Why do you not cancel packages automatically after the initial term has passed?
As a company we did previously cancel packages at the end of the first term but due to the amount of customers who wanted the service to carry on, we found it more efficent to bring in an automatic renewal service.
This way of doing things means our customers do not experience any disruption to their services.
